A “Peaceful” DeSantis: an Odd Duck Who Missed His Effort on Public Policy, and the Loss of Community
I am not being mean. I am being mean, but in the interest of a serious point. A smart guy and a successful governor, Mr. DeSantis has a picture perfect family. He is one of the unfortunate political creatures who do not wear well, and who hasearly promise but fades over time. The more people saw him, the less they seemed to like him. Since then, voters have turned out at the state level nationwide to ensure abortion protections where they live. As Democrats work to tap into voters’ energy ahead of the presidential election, Vice President Harris begins a tour to talk about abortion in Wisconsin.
There will be one fewer candidate in the New Hampshire primaries tomorrow. Florida Gov. DeSantis endorsed former President Donald Trump.
