There are two important things that come from the U.S. strikes on Iran
The Picture Show with Tyler Jones: An Embedded Narrative Project to Reconstruct the State of Black History and How Iran Could Respond
An exhibit dedicated to Black history is in a museum in a small town in Alabama. It addresses what happened to the enslaved people when they were granted their freedom. The narrative studio behind the project was the subject of the Picture Show with Tyler Jones. This studio has been working in collaboration with the Wallace Center for Arts and Reconciliation to reframe the narratives of Black descendant communities through embodied storytelling. Jones highlighted the significance of transforming a plantation from 1841 into a space dedicated to reparative history and healing. Check out this inside look at the project through photos and videos.

Iran is now considering how it wants to respond to the U.S. attack on its nuclear program, and how it might do that. The video by the Revolutionary Guards said the U.S. could start the war, but they would end it.
Yesterday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel will not be dragged into a war of attrition, nor will it end the conflict until its objectives are achieved. Iran’s missiles and nuclear program should be degraded by Israel.
Many in the world woke to the news on 22 June that the United States had bombed nuclear sites in Iran, with the goal of destroying the nation’s ability to produce nuclear weapons. The raids targeted Iran’s uranium-enrichment facilities in Fordow and Natanz, and its nuclear research centre in Isfahan, using stealth bombers to drop massive ‘bunker-busters’, and cruise missiles.

What does the underground Fordow site tell us about the Iran nuclear program? — An analysis of Israel’s bombing of Natanz and other nuclear facilities
The IAEA has yet to report any such leaks. And it appears that Iran had moved the enriched uranium stockpiles in the days before the bombings. The United States has said that the target of its bombings was the facilities, so they understand they are not getting at the nuclear material.
We as nuclear experts would like to see this done with diplomatic agreements that Iran would allow intrusive inspections into its programme. The US and Israel have a responsibility to assess the damage if that doesn’t happen. They are looking at intercepts, or trying to get people to reveal information.
Obviously, more problematic is the underground sites. When we initially assessed Israel’s bombing of Natanz, three days later I saw a very small crater above the underground hall. I can link it to a type of Earth-penetrator weapon that Israel has. It would leave a really small crater when it went in, and the damage would be underground. The United States bombed it with a much more powerful Earth penetrator. So damage is probably more extensive.
A question of knowing the building’s role in the nuclear program is one of the most difficult things to answer since it is on the surface. The sites that are attacked are the subject of a repository of information. So it’s pretty straightforward.
There are a lot of people who cannot assess the impact of the bombings. We know a lot about the Iranian nuclear program due to our decades of experience. And we have great access to satellite imagery — which we have to buy. We try to buy some every day. Analysts who have decades of experience are used to analyze these images. We also have lots of contacts with governments, and we have colleagues who also have contacts with governments.
Although Iran says its nuclear programme is for peaceful purposes, experts have long assessed that Iran was close to having the capability of building nuclear weapons if it chose to do so. Israel launched a bombing campaign on Iranian nuclear facilities after the US launched its attacks. On 23 June, the International Atomic Energy Agency reported that “very significant damage is expected to have occurred” at the underground Fordow site.
