There is a secret spy memo that tells you about Trump and Venezuela Gang Ties

“TDA” – The U.S. Drug Warfare: How Trump and the New York Times Attacked the Venezuelan Maduro Regime

The intelligence community had a different conclusion than the other side, according to The Times. The assessment was that the gang and the government were adversaries even though some of the officials had ties to them. The gang was too disorganized and lacked a centralized control to carry out instructions.

The Alien Enemies Act seems to require a link to a foreign government. Mr. Trump declared that Tren de Aragua had committed crimes to destabilize the United States “at the direction, clandestine or otherwise, of the Maduro regime in Venezuela.”

The administration sent plane loads of people from Venezuela to a high-security prison in El Salvador without giving them due process. Courts have since blocked further transfers under the proclamation. The American Civil Liberties Union believes that some of the men sent there were probably not gang members, so it has asked a judge to order the Trump administration to bring them back for immigration hearings.

In regards to the media’s attempt to undermine the president by twisting and manipulating intelligence reports, it is outrageous that President Trump and his team work so hard to make America safe by deporting these violent criminals.

The government claimed that the group’s power and reach was overstated. It says TDA is “decentralized” and notes that it’s “highly unlikely that TDA coordinates large volumes of human trafficking or migrant smuggling.”

The New York Times reported in March that the US intelligence agencies had differing opinions about the case. At the time, the Justice Department said it was launching a criminal investigation into what it described as a “selective leak of inaccurate, but nevertheless classified” intelligence about Tren de Aragua, saying it would not “tolerate politically motivated efforts by the Deep State to undercut President Trump’s agenda.”
