Ignite Your Strength 4 Week: I’m Invinculated to Do What I Did Yesterday, And Now What You Don’t Need: Strength Plus for Android

Existing Peloton All Access, Guide, and App Plus members can access the Strength Plus app for free. For everyone else, Peloton is offering a limited $1 monthly promotional subscription for the first six months, and then $9.99 monthly after. For now, the app will also be iOS only. The Verge asked Peloton whether it plans to expand further to Android, but didn’t immediately receive a response.

Short instructor clips are a good way to get an idea about how to load and unload a barbell or what a plyo box is. A progress-tracking tab gives you data about your journey, showing your total lifting volume, which workouts you did, and which weights you’ve lifted.

I’ve been using Strength+ for a week. You can choose from several different types of workouts when you open it. A workout generator lets you customize a strength workout, with six different inputs that include how long you want to work out, which muscle groups you want to target, what equipment you have, or whether you want to include a warm-up.

This is for a number of reasons. Functional fitness and strength training are more popular.
