SharkNinja has a new robot vacuum and mop combo that can save your rugs

SharkNinja: a Robot to get under Low-Mounts and High-Thresholds: The Never Touch Pro and the Vacuum at Sharkclean.com

You can buy the PowerDetect Never Touch Pro and the Vacuum at shark clean.com today. Both of them will be available at retail stores in the fall.

The neat trick is its nozzle which picks up dirt and debris in both directions and resists human hair getting wrapped up. It also has an articulating stick to get under furniture easily, and it can fold further to stand up by itself without needing to be placed back in the charge station.

As well as helping the robot get around your house more easily and avoid getting stuck, the new mobility means the Curv can now clean mid-to-long pile carpets.

The NeverTouch Pro uses lidar for mapping and navigation, and SharkNinja says it can also sense dirt and will increase vacuum power to grab more. It has an EdgeDetect function that can move its mop over and wipe up to the kickboards, and it uses a blast of air to get debris out of both edges and corners and into the vacuum.

The station needs a top-up for its cleaning solution tank after several auto-refills and cleaning cycles. The station also collects dirt from the robot for up to 45 days, and there’s no bag you need to purchase, just remove the bin, empty, wash, and reinstall.

SharkNinja’s new robotic vacuum and mop can pick itself up over rugs, carpets, and obstacles to prevent the transfer of wet messes and help get it out of situations where it might get stuck. The lift raises the robot up to 20mm, which is amongst the highest in the world. SharkNinja says there isn’t any other robot vacuums that are designed to lift the entire robot.

A new super slimrobovac is being launched by Roborock, which it says is designed to get under low furniture better. The lidar tower on the new Qrevo Slim has been removed from the top, and the vacuum is just 3.3 inches high. Its new navigation system uses dual-light 3D time of flight technology, deploying lasers and an RGB camera for navigation and obstacle recognition. It works with a dock, and is launching this month at a lower price.

Adapt Lift Chassis makes it possible for the robot to go up to 30mm over the thresholds of standard thresholds and double-layer thresholds.

The Qrevo Curve: a new curved-brish system for clean vacuum avoiding and tackling the clutter in the home

The redesigned brush system comprises two shorter brushes with spiral blades and bristles that should push the hair off the role and into the vacuum and a curved FlexiArm Arc side brush that stops hair from getting tangled in it.

The Qrevo Curv is designed to avoidcluttering the home with its built-in camera. It’s launching this month for €1,499.99 (US pricing is still TBD) alongside the Qrevo Edge, which sports the same features but a more traditional-looking base station in black.
