Amazon Prime Day is a great place to find earbuds and headphones

A Day in the Life: Updating Your Sound System and Hearing-Technical Gear with Prime Day: Updated Pricing and Updated Deals

Update, July 16th: Adjusted pricing and removed expired deals where needed. There were also new deals, including the JLab Go Air Pop.

I don’t know how people wear headphones in the summer heat. I only use my earbuds when the temperature climbs to this high. But no matter your preference, Amazon Prime Day is a great opportunity to upgrade your aging gear (and declining battery life) with the latest and greatest from Bose, Samsung, Sony, and plenty of other brands.

Amazon’s annual Prime Day sale is here through July 17th, offering you a chance to save big on all kinds of gadgets and endless amounts of other junk you probably don’t need. And we’re here to help you separate the wheat from the chaff.

There is nothing wrong with getting the current version of the product because there will be a refresh in the coming months. You’ll want to check back often, as we’ll be adding the best deals as they come up.

If you want the absolute best noise cancellation in the game, Bose’s latest QuietComfort Ultra products should be your pick. They beat out all competitors when it came to quieting the outside world, and both are now discounted at some of the lowest prices we have seen yet.

Sony’s noise-canceling headphones still offer plenty of bang for your buck with excellent ANC, lively sound, and lengthy battery life. They’re not the company’s latest, but they remain an excellent buy.

Amazon’s invite-only deal on the Sony WH-CH520 is a great opportunity to get in some early Prime Day practice. The tan model will be on sale for an all-time low of $35.99 ($44 off) on July 16th and 17th; however, you have to be a Prime member and request an invitation to purchase them. Amazon will email you details on how to complete your purchase if you’re selected, which is how invite-only deals will work.

Amazon’s entry-level Echo Buds are also on sale for Prime members at Amazon for an all-time low of $24.99 ($25 off). The wireless earbuds lack more premium features like noise cancellation and aren’t particularly attractive, but there aren’t many earbuds with seamless Alexa support, water resistance, and multipoint Bluetooth connectivity in this price range. They may last up to six hours per charge, or 20 hours with the included charging case.

The semi-open design of the newEcho Buds will make it easier to remain aware of your surroundings, even though they lack ANC. They also support multipoint pairs.

The JLab Go Air Pop earbuds have an eight-hour battery life and a charging case, which you can attach to the earbuds. The case also houses a built-in USB-A charging plug so you’re never without a charging cable.

Dart blasters, airFly duos, HyperX Cloud III Wireless, and the InZone H3 Wireless: Two Amazon Prime Day Deals for You

Nerf’s dart blaster can fire up to 10 darts from its rotating drum feed. The blaster comes with a display stand that you can use to show off the imitation of the Needler.

The smart mug keeps beverages hot. The accompanying iOS and Android apps allow you to dial in a specific temperature, from 120 to 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

The AirFly Duo has an integrated 3.5mm cord that can be used with long- lasting battery life. It can also connect up to two sets of headphones, making it a great choice for listening to in-flight entertainment.

Western Digital has plug-and-play storage expansion cards that match the performance of the consoles on the onboard solid state drives. They offer a slightly lower-cost alternative to Seagate’s expansion cards, which were the only game in town for years.

The HyperX Cloud III Wireless is a headset with 120 hours of battery life, 53mm drivers, and a pop-in mic, and can be used for PC, console, and Nintendo. It also continues the Cloud’s legacy of relatively low weight and excellent comfort.

The InZone H3 is compatible with both PS3 and PC and comes with a 3.5mm/usb-a wired model. The InZone companion app and Sony’s Spatial Sound Personalizer are available to modify the sound profile of InZone headsets.

Review of the Charge 6 and other robot vacuums: from L20 Ultra to Yeedi, Q5 Pro, 4 Pro and 5 Pro

The Charge 6 has an improved heart rate platform, turn-by-turn navigation and the ability to broadcast your heart rate on certain gym equipment. Take a look at our review.

The L20 Ultra is an all around great bot that can clean your baseboards with its mops and also vacuum carpet and do splits with it. The newer X30 and X40 Ultra models have more advanced cleaning features, but it still is an excellent robot vacuum.

The Q5 Pro has a big 770ml bin, 5,500Pa of suction power, and can be paired with an auto-empty dock, making it a great budget option when it’s on sale. It has a small water tank and a mop with aremovable one. It has dual rubber brushes, lidar mapping, and keep-out zones, and the app is very good.

The high-end features of the Yeedi Vac 2 Pro are for a low price. It does not have much of a traction, but it is cheap and you can get it for under $200. Read what we had to say.
