There are deals on offer in Best Buy and it’s the only place where you can find a big sale today. During Best Buy’s flash sale event, we’ve rounded up the best deals on Amazon devices. It lasts until 10 pm PT (1 am on October 12).
One of our favorite laptops of the year is the 2023 MacBook Air. It comes with a six speaker sound system, a front-facing webcam and a 10-core version of the M2 processor from a year ago. It’s fast for most normal work and can handle heavier tasks.
The 9th-generation iPad (8/10, WIRED Recommends) is our pick favorite iPad for most people, even though it’s one generation behind. Aside from costing less than the more current 10th-gen model, it’s compatible with all the same accessories (including the first-gen Apple Pencil) and retains the physical Home button at the bottom of the screen with Touch ID.
The 11-inch iPad Pro is the ultimate iPad according to WIRED. Which is to say it’s the most powerful iPad, but not necessarily the most economical. It has the same processor that’s in the newest Macbook Air, an excellent screen with 120-Hz Pro Motion, Face ID, and four high-quality speakers. If you need extra power and extra luxury, this is the iPad to grab. If you want more screen space, the 12.9-inch iPad Pro is on sale. It has a much nicer mini-LED screen.
The Roku Plus Series is our best entry-level TV recommendation. It has a QLED display, a local dimming, and it is compatible with Apple’s HomeKit as well as Amazon’s and Google Assistant. For its price, it’s hard to beat.
Samsung’s fancifully-named “The Frame” TV is designed to disappear into your home’s decor when you’re not using it. It looks like a framed piece of art when it’s idle, and you can customize what art or photos it displays. This price is close to the lowest we’ve seen but it is also close to the prices of more typical TVs.
WIRED: A Wireless Streaming Device at the Bar 1300X and the Best Value for Price $cal O(nu)$
This is the old model, which was recently replaced, but this is still a good deal. The price matches the lowest we’ve ever seen for this device, which is one of the best 4K streaming devices. It traps you in Amazon’s ecosystem, but if you don’t mind (or you are already fully entrenched), it’s a good deal.
The speakers on the Bar 1300X are wireless. It is possible to place the speakers on the side of the main projector without having to worry about power outlets or cables being hidden. It also has some of the best Dolby Atmos immersion we’ve heard from a soundbar at this price. The only downside is that you have to charge the speakers between uses.
The WIRED recommends the Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 for most people. It has a Processor with an Ryzen 7 up to 7 GHz along with 8 G. of RAM and a 512-GB flash drive. It’s a solid all-around laptop, doesn’t have any of the flashy hinges or tablet hybrid features of other laptops, and even comes with a magnetic charger so you don’t throw it across the room if you trip on the power cord.

Folding Flip Phone: How Good is a Foldable Flip Phone? (The Best Deals From Best Buy’s 48-Hour Flash Sale (2023)

The standard Kindle is iconic for a reason. The 2022 model is the smallest, least expensive of all our favorite Kindles. Text is more clear on this model due to the larger screen, double the storage and a 300 ppi display than on the previous model.
The Kindle Paperwhite is our top choice for most people. The Oasis has a lot of features at a lower price point, and it has a 6.8-inch screen. The Signature Edition can adjust your screen’s brightness based on the ambient light. The regular Paperwhite is on sale for $95 if you don’t mind the auto-adjusting brightness.
The Echo Studio is the best-sounding Alexa speaker, but it’s also pretty expensive. This is a low price that we have seen before. The Fire Max 11 is the most overpriced Fire tablet. This deal makes it much more palatable. The new screen and new fingerprints are nice, but the Fire OS operating system has it’s weaknesses, like a decent app store. If you want a large display on your Fire tablet, this isn’t a bad deal.

Wireless Headphones for Work: The WF 1000XM (7-10) and the LinkBuds S ($11-15) as All-Half Bluetooth Headsets
The best pairs of wireless earbuds around can be found in the WF 1000XM5 (7-10). They produce balanced sound, are comfortable to wear and have active noise cancellation. They can use the ANC for up to eight hours on a single charge and up to 12 hours without it.
If you don’t like the open-eared look of LinkBuds, the LinkBuds S offer a more traditional design. They have a closed-head design that blocks out noise in your surroundings.
These noise-cancelling headphones are our favorite for the office. With advanced signal processing and four microphones built in, these will limit the sound around you, making them an ideal choice for using in a busy environment or on a zoom call. These fluctuate in price often, but we think it’s a great deal.
The Hero 11 is our favorite action camera. It’s capable of capturing up to 5.3K video and has fun shooting modes that make getting light trails easy. This bundle comes with the Hero11, a carrying case, vertical mounting bracket, and a battery grip/mini-tripod.
The microphone and webcams seem to be a natural fit. Both have places in our top microphone and top webcam guides. They’ve each become standard in the streaming and podcast space as a high-quality yet inexpensive entry point with minimal overhead. It’s now possible to grab them at the same time.

The Sony A7 Body Deal: Blending Precision Cooking and Espresso Making with a Digital Taster and a Burr Grease Mixer
Sony’s A7 is a generation behind, but it still does a fantastic job. It has excellent dynamic range and phase-detection autofocus that’s responsive enough to nab those fast-paced shots. This deal is only for the body, so it’s ideal for anyone that already has a collection of Sony E-Mount lenses.
The KitchenAid Stand Mixer is a godsend of a kitchen gadget. It has a generous 5-quart bowl that has plenty of room for mixing, kneading, or beating a wide variety of ingredients together. It’s built to last, so even if it weren’t on sale it would be worth the sticker price, but fortunately, this deal brings it way down.
If you’re feeling fancy, you can cook food in a precision cooker that’s more in line with your taste. You can cook chicken perfectly every time, or cook large amounts of food using just bags and containers of water. TheNano 3.0 is a handy addition to any kitchen and is one of our favorite starter precision cookers.
The Barista Touch can help you turn your kitchen into a coffee shop. The built-in burr grinder and hot water spout are controlled by a digital display that lets you dial in your brews. Tap the Latte button and the Touch will crank out a latte, even foaming the milk. The results are not as good as you can do with a computer, but it is a nice option if you are looking for something to do on the weekends.
The Breville Impress gives aspiring baristas a way to make really good espresso right out of the box. Breville has done a nice job of auotmating some of the trickier elements of espresso-making. The downside is that we found a good bit of variation from shot to shot.

The Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Vacuum Scooter and its Comparison with the Amazfit Band 7 and other Top ten Best Electric Scooters
The Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 (8/10, WIRED Recommends) is our favorite vac-mop combo in our Best Robot Vacuums guide. It vacuums well and does a thorough job of scrubbing the floors (using the included mopping bin) without getting the carpets wet. It also uses laser navigation to accurately map your home, allowing you to subdivide vacuuming and mopping zones within the easy-to-use app.
These scooters are our Best Electric Scooter; they also go on sale so regularly that we urge you to avoid paying full price for them. It offers some of the best range for the money, as well as commuter perks like bells and lights.
The Amazfit Band 7 is an unassuming, basic fitness tracker with a bright OLED display, long battery life, and an incredible feature set for the price. Our review can be read here.
The Tile Pro is the company’s loudest Bluetooth tracker and has the widest range at 400 feet. It also has a user-replaceable battery, unlike other Tiles.
The Eufy Security Smart Track Card can be used with Apple’s Find My network, and can ring your phone even if it is in silent mode.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is an excellent turn-based strategy game that pairs classic Mario characters with the chaotic Rabbids for an encore performance.

Cuphead is a bullet-hell game inspired by cartoons from the 1930s. It’s also an unforgiving platformer with a high skill ceiling and little room for error. The Nintendo Switch cartridge version includes the Delicious Last Course DLC expansion, adding Ms. Chalice as a playable character.

The Grownsy snot sucker comes with three interchangeable soft tips for a good fit and provides three levels of suction. Your kid might still hate it, but at least one of you will have an easier time with it.
A MacBook Pro can be powered by an adequate power port if it has a long USB-C cable that delivers 100 watt of power.
